One of the best things about guacamole is it’s one of those recipes that you can adjust to your own tastes. I never use measurements either – I just throw in what I have on hand! In this case, it was one avocado, some lemon juice, pepper, and diced tomato. You can also add onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, hot sauce … whatever your heart desires : ) If you’re eating guacamole at home, try scooping it on to your chip with a spoon rather than dipping it. When the salt hits the dip, it turns brown quicker. Enjoy! xo
